Office of the Register and Recorder is located in the southwest corner of the first floor.
Veterans’ Affairs Office moved in January 2014 to the Downtown Mall.

Office of the Clerk of Courts (including Orphans’ Court) is located on the ground (second) floor, to the right of the main entrance.
The Prothonotary’s Office is located on the ground (second) floor, to the left of Sheriff’s Office.
The Law Library is located on the ground (second floor), along the central corridor.

Pelletier Library, Allegheny College

Parking: Adjacent side streets (free). Do not park in student and staff lots.
